本产品系以CaO-SiO2-MgO为基本渣系的碱性覆盖剂，集聚渣、保温功能于一身。工作状态的覆盖剂为三层结构，即粉状层、过渡层和熔渣层。最上部的粉状层具有隔热保温作用，直接与钢水接触的熔渣层能够吸收夹杂物和防止钢水二次氧化。SiO2多在上部保温层，因此，熔渣层的实际碱度比按化学构成计算的要大。与传统产品相比，具有以下特点：   

 铺展性能良好，覆盖剂能自动迅速铺展在钢水表面，形成均匀的覆盖层。

 吸收夹杂物能力强，与空气隔绝好，能满足钢水洁净度要求。

 具有良好的保温性能，温降小于0.55℃/min。

 对长水口，钢包内衬侵蚀小。

根据使用对象不同，本品分为三个型号，即TTL-1、TTL-2、TTL-3。其中TTL-1用于铸铁及普通碳钢，TTL-2用于低碳铝镇静钢，不锈钢。TTL-3为铅液覆盖剂。此外，我公司还可根据客户的特殊要求调整覆盖剂配方。

本产品采用企业标准。

This product is an alkali covering agent whose main series are CaO-SiO2-MgO. It can be functioned as slagging and thermal insulation. Working covering agent has a three-tier structure,  that is, powdery layer, intermediate layer and the slag layer. The powdery layer lying on the top functions as thermal insulation, the slag layer connected directly with the molten is capable of absorbing inclusions and preventing secondary oxidation of molten steel. SiO2 is generally on the upper insulating layer, so the actual alkaline content of the slag layer is larger than that calculated against chemical composition. Compared with traditional products, this product has the following characteristics:

Easy to spread, the covering agent can automatically and rapidly spread on the molten steel surface, forming a uniform coating.

Strong to absorb inclusions and good to be insulated from the air so as to meet the requirements of steel cleaning.

Good to insulate, with a temperature drop of less than 0.55 ℃ / min.

Low erosion to the long nozzle and ladle linings.

According to different uses, this product is divided into three models, namely, TTL-1, TTL-2, TTL-3. TTL-1 is used for iron cast and plain carbon steel, TTL-2 for the low-carbon Al-killed steel and stainless steel. TTL-3 for the lead-liquid covering agent. In addition, our company will also make some changes about the covering agent formulations to meet customers’ specific requirements
