我公司采用最新工艺生产的TTP-800型高效除渣剂是熔炼铸造工艺中的一种新型化学助剂,是铸造行业除渣工艺中的最新换代产品,具有良好的捕渣、除渣及保温性能。本品撒布于金属熔液表面,在高温作用下膨胀形成粘稠状活性材料,可迅速吸附金属熔液中的熔渣和杂质,并形成塑性渣壳覆盖于熔液表面,起到聚渣、除渣、净化熔液效果,从而提高铸件内在质量,减少废品,降低能耗,缩短操作周期,提高熔炼金属利用率。又因其导热系数低,可有效起到保温作用。
(一)、优越性能
保温性能佳:本产品导热系数低,在金属熔液表面形成的浮层可阻止溶液的热传导和热辐射,成为良好的保温层。这对于中间转包或需停放时间较长的金属熔液是一种优良的保温覆盖剂。
环保:本产品对金属熔液无污染、无渗透、不影响其化学成份及铸件机械性能。无烟气、无灰尘和有害气体污染,可净化环境,文明生产。
(二)、用法用量
除渣与挡渣:本产品可在浇包、坩锅炉、电炉、反射炉中使用。用人工均匀撒布于熔液表面后,稍加搅动即可迅速聚集成与金属溶液易于分离的渣壳,扒掉渣壳即可获得纯洁熔液。如需挡渣,可于扒渣后浇铸前在浇包或炉口处加入本品,形成条状浮坝,粘挡零星熔渣,省去人工挡渣,减轻劳动强度,提高劳动效率。
用量:一般加入量为15—20kg/吨金属熔液,具体可根据熔液面积大小、温度高低、熔炼金属的含杂量酌情增减。

B. usage and dosage
Slagging and blocking slag: This product can be used in ladle, crucible boiler, electric furnace and reverberatory furnace. Spreaded manually on the melt surface and stirred gently, the product can quickly form slag crusts which is easy to be separated from metal melt. pure melt occurs when crusts are stripped off. If blocking slag is required, add this product after the ladle and before the casting on the furnace mouth, a strip floating dam will be formed to stick and block scattered slag. Thus it can reduce labor intensity and improve labor efficiency without artificial slag.
