Expanded Perlite is a white or light-colored, high-quality insulation material formed by crushing, sieving volcanic glassy acidic lava (perlite) to a certain size, and then by preheating, instant high-temperature baking. The particle interior is a honeycomb-like structure, it is non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive, non-flammable, acid, alkali. Expanded perlite products have such characteristics: light weight, thermal insulation, fire insulation and acoustic insulation, good sound absorption. They are widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, construction, metallurgy and other industries. they can retain fertilizers, conserve water, sterilization and good permeability when used in agriculture and gardens.

In addition to traditional specifications used in building industry, our firm has also developed a kind of perlite used specifically in horticulture and detergent agent.

Expanded perlite has the following specific application areas:

Lightweight building insulation board, interior wall partitions, decorative acoustic absorption material, fire-resistant coating;   

Thermal insulation in industrial furnace and pipe material;   

perlite filter aids in beer, beverage, food, medicine and other products.   

Poly Slag Agent in steelmaking process, air separation fillings to retain cold temperature;   

Fillers in rubber, paint, plastics, explosives and other expanding agents;   

Soil conditioner in agriculture and horticulture, etc., soilless cultivation substrate agent and pesticide-release agent.

The product uses building standard of JC209-1992.
